To qualify for a refund you agree to attend at LEAST 3hrs of day #1 of the workshop and give it your best effort. You will need to submit any refund request BEFORE 9pm on day #1 of the workshop via our help desk detailed below. Once this time frame expires, there are no further refund opportunities & you agree to pay all installments in full. It should also be noted that ad spend and lead communications (eg calls, texts, emails, etc) are not included in this service and are a separate charge that you will need to pay. £10/mth will get you approx 7,000 emails or 355 calls or 600 Texts each month. Usage over this limit is charged at approx 0.028/min for making calls, 0.017/min for receiving calls, 0.0166/text and 0.0014/email and will automatically be deducted via the method of payment you put on file today.

Access to the Lead Tidal software will be charged at the special rate of £299/mth + vat after the initial 30 day period. To cancel the Lead Tidal auto-renewal please provide at least 7 days written notice by raising a support ticket via our helpdesk at http://www.onizuhelpdesk.com
